We are looking for an experienced and proven Telemarketer/Appointment Setter to join our team. Telemarketers/Appointment Setters are crucial to our business: they conduct phone quotation for customer inquiries for tires, wheels and service inquiries with the most competitive pricing to support ATD stores across Southern and Northern California

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Evaluate prospect’s Service needs and provide a customized solutions package by utilizing consultative sales approach
  • Identify new revenue opportunities through qualifying sales initiative that fits customers budgets
  • Meet and exceed specified monthly sales quota and key performance indicators
  • Act as a liaison and a frontline resource to facilitate seamless quotations and ability to close sales
  • Build and maintain sales pipeline by cultivating customer and referral partner relationships
  • Utilize sales marketing campaigns to proactively reach out to store and execute sales leads
  • Follow up with customers to remind schedule appoint and provide confirmation with store partners
  • Must have a convincing ability to close 80% of service inquiries

Requirements:

  • 4 year college degree or equivalent with experience
  • 1 year of appointment setting or inside sales experience
  • Familiarity with tire and automotive industry
  • Hunter Mentality
  • Proficient with Windows-based applications
  • Self-motivated
  • Competitive drive to achieve high levels of performance
